After studying Financial Services Management, Natascha started her career at financial institutions. An inspiring environment that nurtured her eagerness to learn, but where she felt the need for more connection and a human approach; the soft skills . Fascinated by what binds people, Natascha immersed herself in grief processing. In 2015, in addition to her work, she started training as a grief counselor and followed several in-depth courses about dealing with major events and self-care. In 2017 she made the definitive switch to the healthcare sector, as a trainer and advisor at ARQ IVP. Two years later she started her own practice in which the sustainable employability of people was central. As a partner, Natascha focuses on expanding and deepening the healthcare practice at Whyz. Natascha is an energetic and natural connector with a broad interest and a good empathy. With her experience in various commercial and strategic roles, she is strong in understanding and motivating her discussion partners.
