Malika Guignard is a Client Partner at Managers by Alexander Hughes, where she works on International searches for large Corporations and their affiliates Worldwide. Malika has a solid experience with a core expertise in Industry (Food, Chemical, Energy, Packaging, Automotive, Aeronautics…) and Luxury Goods. She encompasses the entire Product Value Chain. Malika began her career working as an HR Manager at a European Consulting Group working with the largest industrial companies mainly in the Automotive, Chemical, and Energy fields. She later moved to their affiliate in Brussels as Talent Director for Benelux. Back in Paris, Malika focused on Executive Search. She first joined the Industrial Practice of a leading firm, before launching the French office of a major US search company. Malika holds a Law degree, as well as a Master’s Degree in HR Management from the Conservatoire National des Arts & Métiers Paris. Malika speaks French and English.
