Katie leads the Interim Commercial and Digital business at Leathwaite focusing on C-suite, MD and Director level placements in; Digital, Data, Analytics, Sales, Marketing and Product with expertise across financial services (including challenger banks, fintech, insurance and payments). Expertise includes placing; Chief Data Officers, Chief Analytics Officers and Chief Digital Officers.

Prior to joining Leathwaite, Katie spent over 6 years in the insurance, legal and commercial sectors. During this time she gained experience across customer experience, marketing, payments, sales and technology.

Katie graduated from Lancaster University in 2005 with a first class degree in Literature. During her study, she also received a scholarship to study Literature and Politics at the University of California, San Diego
