Before joining Stanton Chase, Tom was the sole proprietor of his firm, Syndesi Associates. From 2005 to 2020, he served as a Managing Director at a boutique executive search firm in Boston. During his tenure there, he played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the firm’s fintech practice, eventually overseeing the financial services sector practice. Prior to entering the field of executive search, Tom began his career in financial services, holding various front-office positions at UBS and Tucker Anthony (now RBC), where he maintained several securities licenses. Tom is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT, with a degree in history. Currently, he resides on the south shore of Massachusetts with his three children and remains an active and engaged member of his community.
