Robbie Paterson is one of the UK’s most experienced senior-level headhunters in the energy and infrastructure sectors, leading the successful placement of CEOs, MDs and senior functional staff for both large-scale and smaller, high-growth businesses in those sectors. His experience at Curzon and previously as a Partner at Korn Ferry includes extensive work in the Middle and Far East, Australasia, North America and Continental Europe. Prior to his search career, Robbie worked for six years at Bain & Company, a leading global strategy consulting firm. There, he worked on a diverse range of assignments across a wide variety of industries, including energy, for many FTSE 100/Fortune 500 firms. Robbie began his career at Exeter Venture Partners, a New York-based private equity firm.
