Based in New York, Heather supports the execution of our searches with an emphasis on candidate identification and development. She has been an integral team player and critical to the success of our CEO, CFO, and other C Suite searches across the Entertainment, Media, Technology, and Sport sectors. Heather joined the firm in 2018 after spending almost 20 years as a Commercial and Voiceover talent agent at Frontier Booking International where she started the careers of many people you see on TV and in movies. A true people connector, Heather is passionate about finding new talent and making sure we make the best match for our clients and candidates. Heather has a BA in English from University of Delaware.
