Douglas is a senior member of our Global Commodities Practice. He has an excellent network and track record, particularly across Oil and Bulk commodities in EMEA. Excitingly, Douglas has also been at the forefront of the energy transition talent landscape, successfully performing searches across Hydrogen origination, Green Gas trading and both Emissions and Renewable Certificate markets. His approach to executive search is based on transparency and adapting his recommendations to suit both clients and candidates. Douglas joined HW Anderson in 2016 from the University of Aberdeen where he received an Honours degree in Business Management. He recently moved from our Edinburgh office to head up operations in Dubai where he works with clients across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
