Simon joined Sheffield Haworth in 2013 in London, through their acquisition of the boutique Wealth Management executive search firm where Simon was a Managing Partner. He leads Sheffield Haworth’s Wealth Management coverage across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Based in London, he also spends significant time in Switzerland, where the practice is very active. Having worked in executive search for over 20 years, Simon works extensively with CEOs and business leaders, advising on their human capital requirements and related business strategies. He and the team execute work across all board, senior front office and functional roles. Prior to executive search Simon spent six years working in capital markets, as a multi-asset derivatives salesperson.
