Jeroen Fries

Hi, I'm Jeroen, and I'm the Managing Director of Harvey Nash in Belgium and the Netherlands as well as Talent-IT. I oversee the day-to-day operations of our BeNe region, working closely with our teams to connect top IT talent with forward-thinking organisations. Together, we build competence centres that deliver measurable impact.

My leadership approach is rooted in a people-first philosophy, fostering long-term partnerships and driving sustainable growth through innovation and collaboration.

With over 25 years of experience in IT consulting and business leadership, I’m passionate about creating environments where professionals can thrive, clients can grow, and teams can succeed together. Strategic thinking comes naturally to me, and I welcome challenges - they keep me sharp and motivated.

Portugal is my second home - I spend several weeks there throughout the year, drawn by the climate, the southern hospitality, and the more relaxed lifestyle. When I’m not traveling, you’ll most likely find me on a tennis court with friends. Tennis is both my social outlet and daily energiser. I’m also passionate about music, concerts, and I love Chinese food (which I admittedly indulge in a bit too often, much to my family’s amusement).
