Specialized in executive search and assessment, Vincent David advises international companies in the Technology sector, as well as their strategic partners and clients for whom digital transformation is a response to their growth and competitiveness challenges. Vincent joined Leaders Trust in November 2020 as Partner to develop the Digital & Tech Practice. Prior to joining Leaders Trust, Vincent spent seven years at Beaumont Group France where he was one of the co-founders and a member of their Technology Practice. Previously, he held for nearly twenty years, various management positions in the field of technology consulting, telecommunications, integration and software, in contexts of major transformations dealing with go-to-market repositioning, post-acquisition strategy and technological breakthroughs. Vincent is a French national, he holds a Master 2 degree in Fluid Dynamics (specialty in Instabilities, Non-Linear Systems and Turbulence) from the University of Paris-Saclay (Universities Paris VI and Paris XI, and l’Ecole Polytechnique, France) and the Research post- Master from the von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics (Belgium). He is also certified in the field of leadership assessment with Hogan.
