Svitlana holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and a master’s degree in Economics for Development, as well as a Master’s in Labour Law from La Sapienza University. After gaining brief work experience at the Ukrainian embassy in Berlin, she began her career in the HR field in Italy. Currently, Svitlana works as a Consultant and Recruiter, managing relationships within an international network and overseeing communication initiatives, thanks to her proficient knowledge of English, Polish, German and Italian. She also contributes to Search & Selection and HR Development projects as a Recruiter and Consultant at Talent4People.
