Passionate about technology and transformation, Cyril supports clients from sectors facing deep mutation such as mobility in adapting their talent approach. Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Cyril had a 15 years’ track record in consulting and executive search. He was a Partner at Jouve & Associes a French high-end executive search firm and spent as well more than 6 years at McKinsey & Company serving large global industrial clients. His early career was with Renault and Nissan working in purchasing on the development of first common platforms between the two companies.
