Mandy Ogle is a Director in Green Park’s Private Sector Practice. A senior leader in the Executive Search Finance Function, she brings over 12 years executive recruitment experience, working closely with leadership teams in their search for senior finance talent both in the UK and Internationally. With diverse networks across the private sector, Mandy acts as a trusted partner, providing expert support to candidates and deepening client relationships with her consultative and people-led approach. As Director of Green Park’s Finance Practice, Mandy will be matching progressive-thinking talent to a range of senior Finance roles, including CFO, Finance Controller and Finance Director. Her clients include financial services, venture capital, investment management, FMCG, technology, manufacturing, retail and service businesses. Prior to joining Green Park, Mandy successfully led her own recruitment organisation specialising in senior finance positions, which she founded in 2019. Before that, she honed her expertise in increasingly senior roles with two leading Executive Search and Interim consultancies.
