Erik Ton is manager of the research team at Maes & Lunau and focuses on national and international executive search. Erik Ton (1993) has an MSc in Economic and Consumer Psychology and completed the Honors Leiden Leadership Program at Leiden University. After completing his studies in 2018, Erik joined the company and quickly developed into manager of the Research department of Maes & Lunau. He manages a team of seven experienced and recently graduated research consultants. The motto that typifies Erik can be found in: “The beauty of empowering others is that your own power is not diminished in the process”.
