Matthew Brennan is a partner in the Firm’s Providence, Rhode Island, office. He has experience servicing businesses in the construction, manufacturing, service, retail, and healthcare industries. He assists clients in implementing tax minimization strategies, negotiating buy/sell transactions, tax compliance matters, ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, other tax accounting issues and representation before the Internal Revenue Service and various state taxing authorities. Mr. Brennan’s expertise includes C Corporations, S Corporations, partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, and individual tax planning.
