Based in Boston, Erica brings over seven years of experience in executive search, account management, and clinical research to our Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical practices. Erica was most recently a consultant at a global firm specializing in leadership and executive management searches for high-science, venture-backed biotechnology, diagnostic, and tools organizations. Prior, she worked in the medical and scientific research segment for a European device and software organization overseeing global sales and business development for academic, government, and industry clients. Erica began her career as a Research Assistant at Boston University School of Medicine and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Erica holds a Master’s in Medical Science from Boston University School of Medicine and Bachelor of Science in Biology from Boston University.
