From his business administration studies onward, Benjamin has been fascinated by IT—especially data analytics—a passion that continues to shape his career. With over seven years of experience on both the agency and corporate side, including work at one of Germany’s leading data analytics consultancies, he brings a dual perspective to executive search. This enables him to understand both the needs of companies and the goals and motivations of candidates. For Benjamin, clear and transparent communication is essential.
