He works with CFOs and Programme Leaders to identify strategic hires and build out project teams across TOM, ERP and Process Optimisation programmes for FTSE firms and PE-Backed businesses. Philip has a strong understanding of the market with some excellent testimonials, he bases his success on building proper relationships with customers through integrity, reliability, and finding great solutions. Philip is originally from The North, growing up on a farm in West Yorkshire, before going on to study History at the University of Nottingham for 4 years and securing a Masters. He enjoys travelling, walking in the countryside, discovering good pubs, and is keen on his rock metal concerts!
