Pat Sloan is an accomplished Executive Search Consultant and Professional Services Leader with over 25 years of experience providing exceptional executive level recruiting expertise. Pat represents fortune 1000 companies, private equity, and all disciplines in privately held businesses across the United States. He is a firm believer that people are a company’s greatest asset, and you need the best and brightest talent to build world class organizations. Pat has developed broad industry knowledge encompassing information technology, software engineering, finance, marketing, sales, engineering, human resources, operations, and supply chain. Pat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. Pat and his wife Penny have three children and six grandchildren. When not working, Pat enjoys hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and spending time at his cabin in Lake Tomahawk, Wisconsin. He is an active member of the Wisconsin House Outdoorsman’s Club and is the captain of his Sporting Clay’s team at Wern Valley.
