With extensive experience collaborating with education and nonprofit clients, as well as with top business schools and companies, to attract the most talented candidates from underrepresented backgrounds, Holly has devoted her career to promoting diversity in higher education and mission-driven organizations. Since joining Storbeck Search, Holly has enjoyed working with a broad range of clients spanning higher education, independent schools, historical associations, and the humanities. Past clients include: Harvard University, the Federation of State Humanities Councils, the American Antiquarian Society, the American Association of Geographers, and numerous others for whom she has identified and recruited exceptional candidates for senior leadership positions. Holly’s work as a recruiter is deeply informed by nearly two decades of experience working directly with candidates from underrepresented backgrounds. Immediately prior to joining Storbeck Search, Holly was a Senior Coach with Management Leadership for Tomorrow, the premier source of diverse talent for elite business schools, companies, and organizations in the public and private sectors. There, she coached hundreds of high-performing minority candidates, leading them toward successful post-MBA careers across a range of industries, including financial services, education, technology, and consulting. Previously, Holly worked at Goldman Sachs as a diversity campus recruiter. She also served as an MBA Career Advisor at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Holly began her career in marketing with Amnesty International. She spent her immediate post-MBA career in marketing strategy consulting. Holly serves on the advisory board for Odyssey, which helps young professionals from underrepresented backgrounds achieve their career goals.
