Michael is a seasoned global HR and Rewards senior leader with over 35 years of experience in the field. He has worked for Kraft Foods (Mondelēz International), Johnson & Johnson and his own reward and executive compensation consulting practice in the Americas and EMEA. Michael’s career has taken him to seven countries across three continents. Selected key senior leadership positions during Michael’s corporate career have included director roles based in Chicago and Zürich leading international commercial and global supply chain compensation, global talent mobility, global reward services and EMEA compensation & benefits. In his private practice, his clients have included large companies and small start-ups alike in the FMCG and industrial sectors in both the Americas and Europe. At Signium, Michael’s focus will be on building the Leadership Advisory in CEE. He will also develop the executive compensation consulting practice for the region. Michael earned his BA at Oberlin College (USA) and his MA at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (USA). He currently calls both Vilnius, Lithuania and Cleveland, Ohio, USA home. Michael is fluent in English and Spanish and conversational in Lithuanian.
