Katrine is one of our highly experienced researchers. With a healthy dose of curiosity, solid general knowledge and broad interests, she ensures that we can find the right people for the right positions. She has worked as a researcher since 2000. First at Jobline/Monster, Hudson Global Resources and the Korn/Ferry company Futurestep before joining Bønes Virik. Katrine has extensive experience from the FMCG industry, but enjoys working in all industries and with all roles. She has built up a large network, and has extensive experience from recruiting managers and specialists. She easily gets involved, both in people, industries and companies, and likes to dive deep into what she is working on. Katrine has university degrees in psychology, political science and history from both Oslo and Gothenburg. She has worked with us at Bønes Virik since its inception in 2007.
