Meltem Yaman Ph.D. has 20 years’ experience in Human Resources Management and Consultancy business and has worked in many different industries. Meltem Yaman has a Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour and was founding partner of a consultancy company during the third year of her studies. Meltem Yaman has published 3 books on Human Resources Management which are used as sources of support and guidance in universities. She herself is a lecturer in two of the top five universities of Turkey. At Nisantasi University, Meltem gives lectures on Strategic Human Resources Management, Organizational Change and Development, Strategic Planning and Technology, Learning Organizations, Management, Organizations and Organizational Behaviour for the master’s degree classes and Bilgi University on Business Essentials for the undergraduate students. She is one of the founding professors of Nisantasi University in Istanbul and was head of the Health Management Division for a period of time. Meltem Yaman also publishes in magazines and newspapers on HR issues. Her weekly articles in the BTHABER, an IT Telecom dedicated newspaper, contributed to her reputation in the IT Telecom industry. Dr Meltem Yaman Ph.D. was certified as “Official Job and Vocation Consultant” valid by Europass a compulsory requirement to work in the headhunting business legally by Turkish Government. Meltem Yaman is an expert of Executive Team Assessment. She works in IT, Pharma, Logistics, Finance, Airlines, Tourism, Construction and Health Management sectors.
