Her extensive background in Investor Relations and Fundraising across both the US and Europe has equipped her with a sharp eye for exceptional talent, particularly within private equity, venture capital, and asset management sectors. As a twin, Victoria is no stranger to competition—she jokes that growing up with someone who always wants to one-up you makes you naturally driven to succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, socializing with friends, and staying active through padel and golf.
