Aleksandra started her career in the recruitment industry in 2009, since then she has comprehensively supported companies with a production-technical profile, carrying out recruitment for specialist, engineering, managerial and director positions in departments such as production, quality, maintenance, warehouse, logistics, health and safety, HR, human resources, finance, administration, CI, building maintenance, among others. Ola also has experience in the structures of an internal department – HR/Talent Acquisition, which she gained in an international company from the automotive industry. The knowledge she has gained allows Ola to establish long-lasting and lasting relationships with clients, which translate into numerous joint successes.
