Casey Splain is a recruiter in our Client Solution practice. She began her career working as a creative on both the brand and agency side. Between projects, she approached a leading staffing firm where she discovered an opening in recruiting. From there, a love of the industry was born. Throughout her career, Casey has partnered with Series-A startups through some of the country’s most recognized technology and social media platforms. She has fulfilled staffing and direct-hire positions, primarily focusing on creative and product roles. Casey is passionate about recruiting because she enjoys working closely with and getting to know people and the new connections that are formed.
