I have been working as a a senior consultant at &deBlauw since 2019. I started my career in the energy and commodity trade, which I later supplemented with knowledge and experience in chartering, cargo inspection, quality analysis, auditing and sustainability certification. I enjoyed successes in my career during my time working at Essent, Peterson Control Union and the Port of Rotterdam Authority. For Essent I worked and lived in Germany and Switzerland for several years. I live with my husband and son in Boskoop. In my spare time I can often be found in and on the water. I also enjoy walking with our dog. I have a passion for baking and cooking while enjoying a good glass of wine (with bubbles) and I can also regularly be found in the boxing gym. You will regularly find me in environments where energy and industry come together. I also have a passion for everything that happens in and around European seaports. I am active in a number of networks that focus on the energy transition, and have a particular interest in different conversion technologies. I am also active in diversity and inclusion networks.
