A graduate of the IEP of Paris and of the Faculty of Law of Paris, Emmanuel began his professional career with Arthur Andersen in 1990, before joining the Paribas group in 1992, as Chargé d'Affaires for large companies. In 1996, he joined the firm Singer & Hamilton, where he successively headed the division dedicated to support functions (corporate finance, HR and tax & legal) then created and developed the division dedicated to the real estate sector from 2002. He co- operated - founded the Haussmann Executive Search firm in 2010.
