Kelly is a Principal in the Philadelphia office, where she specializes in the placement of CEOs, presidents, boards of directors, and C-level executives for public, private, and private equity-funded companies. Her search experience expands across various functions including finance, marketing, IT/engineering, sales, HR, and operations. Prior to joining HFA, Kelly was an Executive Recruiter at a contingent search firm focusing within the Finance sector. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and English from Georgetown University where she was also a member of the women’s Track and Field and Cross Country teams.
