Mounia joined the firm in 2008, two months after its creation. Between Annecy and Paris, she supports her clients, large groups, mid-sized companies and SMEs in their search for leaders and managers, in a constant context of transformation and innovation. She is an expert in change management, a dynamic that she acquired and carried forward during her experience as a consultant within the international HRIS branch of Accenture (Mexico and Spain in particular). Mounia also speaks English, Spanish and Arabic. Her sporty spirit makes her see each new mission as a challenge with a strong commitment to results, involvement, kindness and a great capacity to advise both her clients and the candidates she supports.
