Gerard joined DSM as a Research Chemist. During the 33 years he worked for them, Gerard has been in different positions (on e.g. R&D, Application, Marketing and Project Management). As General Manager he was leading the yeast based Food & Feed Ingredients business for 10 years. He lived 4 years in the USA and spent 6 years most of his time in China. Based on his experience at DSM, Gerard has an in-depth knowledge of the food and feed ingredients business. As being a chemist as well as a commercial leader, he can advise on technical, commercial and general management roles.
