Sharon Hansen joined Isaacson, Miller as a Senior Associate in 2021 with over 20 years of experience in the field of higher education. Prior to joining the firm, Sharon worked with Ursinus College as Director of Career and Post-Graduate Development. In that role she fostered strategic recruiting relationships with employers, provided career coaching to students and alumni, and hired, trained, and supervised professional staff. Prior to Ursinus, Sharon worked with Bryn Mawr College and Haverford College as Associate Director for Employer Engagement in the Career Development Office. In that role she championed liberal arts students as a source of talent for national and regional organizations and implemented recruitment efforts on behalf of employers. Sharon is also an active volunteer at a local outreach center, providing food and clothing to community members in need.
