Aurélie is an Associate Consultant in the Leadership Solutions team and is passionate about the selection, assessment and development of people, leaders and teams. She is a qualified Practitioner in diverse psychometric tools. Prior to joining Hanover, Aurélie completed her BSc in Psychology and MSc in Organisational Psychology. This included a research project on diversity and inclusion, something she is very passionate about. Originally from France, she moved to the UK 15 years ago and worked in recruitment, sales and retail. Aurelie feels strongly about delivering an exceptional service to her clients through an authentic approach.
