Born and raised in California, Rachel brings deep rooted intellect and understanding of the West Coast tech scene to every search – with unapparelled results and execution. Based in Santa Monica, Rachel has played an integral role in the growth and continued success of Daversa’s Southern California practice. Rachel has always had a unique ability to connect with clients on an emotional level – enabling her to truly visualize their short and long term goals. While Rachel is a deeply knowledgeable generalist at heart, she has an affinity for Consumer based companies and has built out the executive teams for Beyond Meat, The Pill Club, The Farmer’s Dog, and Inspire Energy. Her specialties include Marketing, Operations, General Management, and CEO roles. Rachel graduated from UCLA with a degree in Dance and World Arts & Cultures.
