Fiona specialises in delivering interim management mandates within our HR practice, supporting a diverse range of clients across all HR disciplines and typically operating between £600 – £2,000 per day. Fiona began her recruitment career spending nine years at a leading global recruitment business, of which five of those years she spent growing their US business from the New York office. Following strong success in the North America region, Fiona left the bright lights of Manhattan behind and returned to the UK, moving ‘in-house’ to join JP Morgan. Here, she spent time firstly as a talent acquisition professional and more recently as an HR Business Partner supporting their EMEA region. With proven experience, both in-house and on the global stage, Fiona is an accomplished search professional. With a passion for delivery, she is focused and diligent and puts a strong emphasis on building successful and trusted partnerships. Candidates and clients alike appreciate her down to earth, friendly and commercial approach, together with her commitment to work tirelessly to achieve the best match.
