Tom joined Hogarth Davies Lloyd in 2015 and is currently a Partner in the London office focused on Senior Non-Investment and Investment mandates within the Alternative Investment Management industry. Prior to joining Hogarth Davies Lloyd, Tom worked for a London based recruitment consultancy where he focused on Corporate Governance mandates for Global Investment Banks and Alternative Investment Managers. He began his career in the Psychology department of a multinational insurer where he worked closely alongside psychiatric professionals providing workplace psychological support and critical incident management, predominantly to Financial Services organisations. Tom studied Sociology at the University of Nottingham.
