That's how I work myself and I've turned my work into my living environment. My own life and career have led to what I do now, with great dedication and passion. I grew up and lived in the province, trained as a defense officer and was infected with everything that has to do with (personal) leadership development. Then I studied business administration and graduated in optimizing organizational processes in a factory-like manufacturing industry. By always getting up one more time than I fall in life and continuing to work intensively on personal development, I am now who I am and I do what I do.
