Mariangela Rustico is an Executive Search Consultant, specialising in the High-Tech industry with a focus on Information Technology and Telecommunication. She is also very engaged in the Industrial Practice, leading projects about industrial processes, automation at all levels, controlling systems, detectors, machines, engines and production plants. She has experience in several multinational companies, both in the Human Resources department and as a Business Line Manager. She joined the Executive Search industry starting in an Italian group and then moving into a major multinational group. In January 2003 she joined the Italian team of TRANSEARCH. Mariangela obtained a University degree in Philosophy at the University of Pisa and then specialised in Psychology.
