Rachel Allen

Rachel is well networked and experienced in attracting top talent for our clients across all sectors. She draws on rigorous business research techniques gained at McKinsey to provide industry insight and intelligence to support client assignments combined with an interest in deeply understanding the range of sectors that our clients at Warren Partners operate in. Rachel is skilled at staying focused on client needs and determined and creative in meeting them. Candidates feel comfortable talking to Rachel and know they can rely on her to advocate for them.

Rachel is an elected member of the Warren Partners Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) Board.

Prior to joining Warren Partners, Rachel worked for boutique executive search firms with a focus on consumer, retail and sporting goods sectors. She began her career supporting strategy consulting teams at McKinsey & Co, ultimately managing the Research and Information Department in the London office.

Rachel is a dog lover, enjoys a long walk in the country and takes time to enjoy the small things in life.
