Mischa founded Capital Executive Search in 2020 after a 15-year long career in recruitment at both global and boutique executive search firms. Beginning at Robert Half, Mischa eventually oversaw the firm's permanent recruitment operations in Sydney. From there, he joined a boutique executive search firm in 2011 as the practice lead for funds management and infrastructure before founding CES. At CES, his principal focus areas are Infrastructure, Energy Transition, Equities and Multi-Asset Funds. Mischa holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance & Accounting) from the University of Technology Sydney.
