Darren McDougal specializes in delivering marketing communication solutions that connect people, brands, media and technologies. His marketing expertise and areas of specialization include broadcast, print, interactive and online marketing/advertising strategies. Darren brings over 18 years of media, marketing and communications experience with his responsibility including the overall direction and marketing of the firm’s products and services. Darren joined Kaye/Bassman in 2006 and became a Managing Partner in 2008. From 2006 to 2008, Darren and his team created and delivered intranet, training and marketing strategies yielding over $4 Million total cash-in for graduates of Kaye/Bassman’s redeveloped training program. In 1999, Darren created ElectroMail, an enterprise-grade video communications platform, which enables businesses to accelerate the sales cycle and marketing initiatives through high-touch video communications and interactive media. With a diverse creative background ranging from album music production, radio and television broadcasting, to web development with rich media integration, Darren has led the creation and development of communications solutions featured in The Dallas Morning News, Dallas Business Journal, NBC, Adweek, B2B Magazine, Incentive Magazine, Odwyers PR Daily, Fordyce Letter and Career Advisor ExecuNet. Darren leads the Marketing Communications division and Next Level Marketing Communications, providing expertise and solutions to Kaye/Bassman, Next Level Exchange, Sanford Rose Associates, and recruiting industry clientele plus clients in the entertainment, training, technology and media industries. He is a Partner of Next Level Exchange, the recruiting industry’s leading training, coaching and consulting collaborative, and is requested to speak at Next Level Exchange leadership forums, association functions and is regularly consulted by leading recruiting organizations for his strategic insights. His team created the Next Level Exchange online training portal, produced the media and content within the online application, and developed the monetization and membership system for the platform. Darren resides in Frisco, Texas with his wife, son and several rescued pets. His family is active in community and charitable organizations including the Kaye/Bassman Foundation, Operation Kindness, Frisco Humane Society and Habitat for Humanity for North Collin County, Texas. He enjoys family, golf, mixed martial arts, music, movies and vintage automobiles.
