Robert van Beemen advises and guides law firms on strategic issues, focusing on: (I) formulating and recalibrating (growth) strategies; (II) law firm governance (e.g., remuneration models and partner recruitment and withdrawal); and (III) ESG (Environment – ​​Social – Governance). He regularly speaks, writes, and shares his insights on topics and current events at the intersection of law firm management and strategy, responsible business (ESG), geopolitics, climate change, the role of the legal profession, and its impact on the business and governance models of law firms. Robert studied law in Utrecht and is also an alumnus of the Rotterdam School of Management.
