With a Degree in Business Economics from Bocconi University, Emanuela started at KPMG in Milan, in the Audit Department, where she worked in the banking and industry sectors. She was however drawn to human resources and soon started to manage the recruitment of professional staff. In 1988 she took her first entrepreneurial step and joined Trevisearch, where after some years she became Managing Partner. She has operated in executive search focusing specifically on the financial services sector for Italian and international clients. In 2011 she joined EuroSearch as Partner. Horses have always been her passion, which she shares with her daughter. She works in Italian and English.
