Simon is a Managing Partner in the New York office and has been in the financial services industry for over 15 years. His recruitment expertise covers Technology, Analytics and Electronic Trading. Simon is well known and respected in the Russian-speaking Wall Street community. He began his career as a swaps trader at BNP Paribas, followed by Credit Derivatives and FX Analytics at JPMorgan and West LB. Simon has an advanced degree in Mathematics from Kharkov University (Ukraine) and an MBA in Finance from New York University. Simon is a successful bridge player and has won four National titles.
