After completing my degree in business administration (FH), I began my HR career in 1996. My path led me through various generalist, mostly internationally oriented HR positions as a personnel officer, personnel developer, HR manager and HR director at companies such as Coca-Cola, Takeda Pharma, Valspar Industries, Senvion, Brady and Charles River. I have therefore become familiar with various industries with different organizational structures and company sizes (food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, wind energy, online retail, biotech) and have also successfully completed training in the areas of coaching and change management. In addition to the operational HR business, my main interests lie in the areas of performance and talent management, leadership development, change management / corporate culture / communication as well as HR controlling and works council work. In order to maintain direct contact with the HR business, I am also available as an HR Interim Manager. I live with my wife and our three sons in Kaarst near Düsseldorf. I am an enthusiastic long-distance runner, I cycle a lot, I do judo and I volunteer at our children's school. I also have a soft spot for the beautiful country of Sweden.
