Hannu-Matias has over 10 years of experience in executive search. Before founding Chief, Hannu-Matias worked as a CEO of a SaaS company. He has also worked as a CEO of an animation studio before joining the executive search industry. In addition, Hannu-Matias is the author of the book called “Toimitusjohtaja” (eng. CEO), awarded as one of the top 5 business books in Finland in 2022 by Suomen Ekonomit. In his free time, Hannu-Matias is focusing on a different kind of coaching – he is a football coach for two junior teams in Kulps. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
