At Acertitude, Dan helps corporate and private equity clients solve their toughest people changes by identifying, engaging, and qualifying brilliant candidates. His passion for meeting new people and helping them succeed underpins his refreshing approach to search. Most recently, Dan was the director of sales for a high-growth professional training and coaching firm, helping clients enhance team performance and leadership skills. Prior, he sold strategic consulting and marketing services as the director of sales for an online media company, promoted through a series of roles over five years. When he is not at work, Dan can be found engaging in a plethora of activities and athletic pursuits. We’ve heard he is scary good at playing pool, having won several tournaments, and throwing heaters on the baseball field. On a Sunday afternoon, he also enjoys heading to the movies or the golf course.
