Ricardo Paredes, a Director in our Sydney office, focuses on recruiting lawyers across all levels and practice areas for national and global law firms and corporations. For over a decade he has guided many of the world's leading private practice lawyers navigate domestic and international markets, helping them identify the best legal opportunities that are aligned with their career aspirations. His passion for helping others reach their professional goals has afforded him the experience of working closely with some amazing lawyers and build long and lasting relationships with many of the world's elite law firms. Ricardo resides in the upper north shore of Sydney with his wife and three young children. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, whether out at the park, chauffeuring his children to and from basketball games or splashing around on one of the many beautiful north shore beaches in Sydney. Ricardo is an avid basketball player and fan.
