As CEO, I have accountability for driving successful performance and growth across our international offices. My focus is on ensuring we provide our clients and candidates with the best possible levels of service and identifying new business opportunities in related industries and geographies. I work closely with our Leadership Team to build and manage world-class executive search and senior management recruitment processes for our clients, as well as partnering with them in a consulting capacity to align senior and executive management structure to overall business strategy.
