With more than 20 years of experience in direct approach recruitment and HR consulting, Alexis supports - over the long term - many companies (large groups, mid-size companies and SMEs / SMIs), in their development and the constitution of their teams in France and internationally. Alexis works mainly on senior executive profiles (General Management, CEO, COO, CBDO, CFO, etc.), and also on operational functions (R&D, Manufacturing, Supply-Chain, Sales & Marketing, etc.) and support (Finance, HR, Quality, Purchases,…). Alexis is also in charge of the international development of our firm via L&L Advisory Group, a company of which Arrowman Executive Search is one of the founders, and which brings together partner firms in many countries (Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, China ,…). Alexis has completed his entire career in direct approach recruiting and HR consulting, specializing very early on in industry trades. Alexis graduated with a DESS in Psychology from the University of Paris V - René Descartes. He is trilingual and manages international missions.
